Basic Fondant - February 15th - 11:00 to 4:30
Join us for a fun class where you learn to cover round and square cakes and decorate them all with fondant. There are tricks for both round and square. Your round cake will be real cake while your cake dummy will be either a square or a hexagon. Each side of the Square or Hexagon will be decorated with a different technique.
All supplies are included, and the students take home both the real cake and the cake dummy.
Please bring a lunch or snack. This is an all-day class. You may stop and eat or snack whenever you desire.
