We are welcoming back Laura Saporiti at the end of this month for 2 new classes. Please check out "Classes - Guest Instructors" for a listing of both of her classes.  She is featuring a cake with the design baked into the side of the cake and a cake based on a designers dress.

Only 1 tier of this cake will be made. Each student will bake their outside layer which has the design in it, attach this to a cake dummy (real cake will be demonstrated) and then embellish the side design with royal Icing Iris'.
