Use FMM Tappit Cutters to create letters and icons out of gumpaste and fondant.

Roll fondant or gumpaste to about 2mm thick. Release from rolling surface and let dry about 4 to 5 minutes. Use a tiny tiny amount of shortening or cornstarch on the cutter. Place desired design over your medium, push down, squiggle cutter backand forth slightly to get a clean cut.
To remove: Take cutter, hold one end very close to the end and tap the other end firmly on the edge of a hard surface to remove images. They should pop right out. If the design you cut is in the middle, hold one end very close to the end. Place your hand under and tap the other end on the edge of a hard surface and it will drop into your hand.
Secure to treat with a piping gel, a bit or water, buttercream or royal icing or an edible glue depending on what you are attaching it to.
Hand wash in warm, soapy water before and after each use.
