This advanced course will delve into intricate techniques such as basket weave and lattice work, alongside the creation of stunning flowers including roses, half roses, rose buds, and five-petal flowers. Participants will also learn essential skills for stacking and supporting tiered cakes.
A kit is provided to facilitate your learning, while you are required to bring your tips from Course 1 and buttercream icing to maximize your experience.
